The Houston Rockets have signed center Thon Maker and guard Markquis Nowell to training camp contracts, according to Jonathan Feigen. Both players will look to make an impact and earn a spot on the roster for the upcoming 2024-25 NBA season.
Vipers also made an interesting trade to acquire the returning player rights of Jared Butler from the Osceola Magic, sending the returning player rights to Jarrett Culver to Osceola. Butler, an All-American at Baylor, played for the Jazz, Thunder and Wizards.
